The staff members were all affable and helpful. the room was immaculately clean. - the food was incredible and there were plenty of dishes on the menu. - the location of the hotel is fantastic, being only 8-10 km away from O Grove downtown, which is a nice area.

Hotel with good location that allows you to take it as a reference point to visit the different picturesque places of the Rias Bajas. Friendly staff and cleanliness in its facilities. The swimming pool is beautiful and gives a lot of life for the children. The 4-bed rooms for families are nice and spacious.
The parking lot is short. As it is badly signposted on the ground and poorly lit at the back, at night a single car can obstruct access to the rest of the car park. It would need visible white vertical and horizontal signs. The back of the hotel is beautiful and totally lacking in lighting. The initial markers should have been removed long ago (due to breakage?) and there are loose cables on the floor which, even if they lacked tension, are dangerous for children. They should be removed and placed in suitable chests (currently poorly covered with stones, which can be tripped over on the pavement). It is a pity that the whole back side facing the river is left unlit. It has some beautiful gardens. The buffet is set to a three star. It does not reach four stars. Some rigidity with the closing hours of breakfast. At 11 a.m. there is already a shortage of cooked products and you are practically invited out, with some employees who are a little stressed out about preparing (at 11 a.m.) the tables for meals... as we were told. This has not happened to me in other hotels in this category. The pool is full of sparks. Some traps would be good to control them. They don't pose a serious risk but they are annoying. As a summary, it would correspond more by facilities, buffet and personnel to a good 3 stars hotel, and for that reason we took advantage of the offer of this Web.

The location of the hotel is simply spectacular. The furniture, the building, the swimming pool, the deckchairs... The pitiful shower in a 4-star hotel; a 3 euro showerhead in the BricoDepot that poured water everywhere, the broken stand (if you opened it too much it would turn over under pressure) and a crappy shower curtain like in the 70s. Undignified. Another point we didn't like was the breakfast..: The hotel is far from everything and they know it. The one on Saturday was unbearable, the one on Sunday was right but still doesn't justify the 9 euros per person they charge for it. For example, on Saturday the orange juice was "brick" and on Sunday it was natural. The reason? I suppose that since on Saturday there were only three couples having breakfast it was not worth to stain the blender, a pity because otherwise the hotel was wonderful; the best thing without a doubt was the kindness of the staff.
The quality and variety of breakfast for its price. The room's shower facilities, unworthy of a 4 star.

hotel abeiras is well located on the edge of the o grove resort and a short walk to the best beach at lanzada, it is well designed and has attractive grounds and lovely views towards the sea and the lagoon. it is good for those interested in bird watching and nature especially. the hotel is very well run by the family who own it and the son who speaks good english was very charming and helpful during our stay, even giving us some chocolates in our room when he discovered it was our wedding anniversary. the food in the restaurant is very local and fresh.
we loved it - it was perfect!
